Dr Roshan has a PhD in Metallurgy specialising in Casting Technology, he is President of Intellectual Capital Exchange LLC and Chief Metallurgist of Maynard Steel Casting Company. He also holds academic positions at the University of Wisconsin, Banu Learning Systems and AFS Cast Metal Institute.
